These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the JLPT N5 Exam Preparation app ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial study purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App;
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App;
• use the App in any unlawful manner or to infringe the rights of others.

3. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including questions, explanations, audio, text, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. "JLPT" and related marks belong to their respective owners; this App is an independent study aid and is not endorsed by or affiliated with the official JLPT organizations.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers a one-time purchase (Lifetime) and auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly and Yearly) that unlock the App's Premium features. The title, length, and price of each option are shown on the purchase screen inside the App.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• A subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings → Subscriptions after purchase.
• Purchases can be restored using Restore Purchases in the App. The Lifetime option is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

Payment is processed by Apple and billed to your Apple ID. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store policies.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using the App will result in passing any examination. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Changes to the App and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the App, and we may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
